Zeus' Accedent

Today Started out really well. I had a suprise Party Planed for Jason and it was going to be fun. about 30 mins before every one was suppose to arrive . Our neighbors Husky dug 2 pretty big holes under our fence. So Zeus went under the fence and got crunched by there dog. We let Zeus out and with in 5 mins not lie they neighbor brought Zeus over to us in a catatonic state. He was not moving we washed him up and to see if there was any bite marks. We did not see any but He was still in shock over everything that had happened. So we let him rest a little and when we noticed bruising on his abdomen we knew that we needed to take him in. We took him into the Vet Hospital and the Vet asked us what we wanted to do he was in bad shape. he had a least 5 broken ribs and a possible punctured lung. We was still in shock over the whole thing but we were not ready to put him down. So they wrapped him up and sent us home with some pain meds. We have to give him water with a suringe and feed whim special canned food for awhile.
